We had planned for a vacation to Munnar with my 2 yrs old kid and booked in sterling well in advance with good offer from their official website. We stayed for 4 days expecting a decent stay but it turned out to be great. Especially the food, scenic surroundings, neat & clean rooms. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Ignatius who helped resolve an issue and ensured our comfortable stay.
The only sore point is the road from Chinnakanal which was pretty bad due to recent rains. Hopefully will get fixed soon.
