We stayed at Sterling Munnar for 6 days and this was our first trip to thos resort. This place is around 18 kms from the town but the place os outstanding with its calm and serene atmosphere with loads of fresh air and greenery.
Coming to the people at the resort starting with Anu at the front desk ensured we had a fast checkin and she is a wonderful person to talk with as she always ensured we had our best stay at the same were enjoying every moment of our stay. Next we’re housekeeping staff – Bala and vani were promt with there service and our room requirements. Christopher from the holiday activities team was wonderful to interact with and the DJ nights every day were simply an add on along with the other facilities at the resort. Finally I would want to thank Prasanna and poornima along with chef ristabh from the in room dining and in resort restaurant they made sure we had some real good and healthy food during our stay.
This resort is a wonderful place which is outside the hustle bustle of the munnar town and I would recommend this place for those who need little time to themselves. With every department at the resort ensuring we had an enjoying and pleasant stay really appreciate every detail which was taken care during our stay. I would strongly recommend people to visit and stay at this place and have some great memories to carry back.
