I recently visited Sterling Munnar for a day with my wife & kid and it felt like a paradise.
The resort is located at a very scenic location and is beautifully maintained by the hotel team.
The general manager Mr Shyju was outstanding. We found he was always at the resort from early morning to late night and was constantly monitoring different activities at the resort.
The food was simply delicious. The executive chef Rajkumar made some of his masterpiece dishes which were better than five-star hotel food I have had elsewhere, He has that magic touch where all the ingredients of the dish perfectly pared.
The service was efficiently managed by the Food and Beverage manager Devendra . The place was Jam packed with guests, but the team made sure to check each table if they were in need of anything.
The entertainment at the resort was organised by very versatile and talented people.
The Housekeeping Manager Shine needs a special mention. His team displayed professionalism in ensuring that the room was meticulously cleaned and maintained every day with a change of all the linen and towels.
The Front office manager Anu and Arun was a great help in ensuring rapid registration and gave us all the required information on the places to visit during our stay.
All in all this is certainly one of the best stay I have had in a very long time.
