Absolute fabulous stay we had at your property, inside the premise it gives us homely atmosphere, your staffs are very gentle and polite, whom so-ever runs this show, the property Manager needs to be acknowledged. To begin with from gate, you have awesome security to make and feel a comfortable stay at hill station, then your travel desk greets each one I met across is polite and gentle, coming to reception you had a spacious place where no need to rush, and pleasant staff makes it awesome and comfortable feel, for us Miss. Anu front desk executive had done a splendid support for providing a comfortable room even though we booked for a cottage facility. Entire housekeeping department was on timely served as per requirement. Your property is well equipped with all amenities, even during the pandemic the property is fully operational with all safety measures, that makes us much relaxed. Restaurant you provided are good, you need to make variety of fruits and menus need to be little bit standardised as AP or CP and Indian standard. SPA facility is cool, employees over there and in restaurant been very cordial. One thing you must make urgently is with the property get painted outside area at the earliest with echo friendly colours, remaining all your Resort is having all facilities even for cab drivers and an echofriendly atmosphere
