Hello! We enjoyed our holiday at Sterling, Munnar, from 4th to 9th April 2022. The whole place looks as if it’s been renovated and the facilities upgraded.
The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Even when there was a heavy rush at the weekend, the staff handled things efficiently. Special mention must be made of Ms.Anu at the reception, who was always pleasant and helpful.
We were surprised to find that the resort no longer subscribes to any newspapers. Surely you can arrange to have atleast one English daily in the reception area for the use of guests: we would be glad if you could see to it.
