The check in experience was very smooth…. And yes we had a senior citizen with us..so we could not stay at a room with too many stairs…
Mr. Sanjeev Singh, I think he is the manager from front office.. he immediately understood and within minutes we were in our room which was just the way we wanted…
He also made sure the next day if we were comfortable with our stay and rooms… Thank you Sanjeev ji…
The entire staff at Sterling Mussoorie is very polite and humble…
The housekeeping staff also is really humble and really helpful.
