Dear Team Sterling,
We resumed vacationing after a long hiatus of more than 2 years due to the prevailing pandemic and chose to stay at Sterling Mussoorie.
There were lot of apprehensions before we planned but thanks to Mr Ajay Dhakre at sterling who is the most amazing relationship manager he put all our appreciations at ease and assured us about Sterling’s commitment to safety and hospitality.
He helped us get our bookings which was quite a task owing to the summer holiday season rush. I would also like to thank Mr. Sultan Waris the front office manager at Sterling Mussorie for his professionalism and hospitality in understanding our concerns and going every step forward in making our stay comfortable.
The resort at Mussorie is really aesthetically done, it does come with few challenges in travelling to the Mall as Taxis to the resort are difficult to get after 8pm but it was still a great experience as there were very helpful staff at the front office like Mr Mukesh and the very helpful driver staff at the resort who went out of the way to help make our trip comfortable and a memorable experience.
