When I started hunting for place to stay in Nainital, it was a real tough choice as main reviews didn’t seem genuine. Finally, after lot of deliberation, we closed sterling Resorts. Can’t thank my stars enough as it was much beyond our expectation.
What all went well.
Right from the reception, to rooms, to food to service everything was faultless.
The GM of the hotel Mr. Anurag, is an extremely nice gentleman and a perfect host. We met him on our first day of stay.
Mr. Rajendra, the restaurant manager, Abhishek and Pushkar took brilliant care of us during our meals. A special thanks to the chef as that food was really tasty and portions were generous.
Shreya and Kovid at the reception were also help.
And finally the housekeeping staff who take care of the rooms and service.
Coming to the property. It is beautiful property and we had real picturesque view from our window as well the balcony. The bathroom and everything was flawlessly clean and very comfortable. Without doubt, i would say, this is the #1 property in Nainital. The location also is good, whichever side you want to travel to.
