Our stay at Sterling Nainital was exceptional. Front desk associate (Mr. Kovid) upgraded our room (without asking or expecting!) to a larger mountain facing room with balcony. Room service was spot-on, food service, especially by Manoj Bisht deserves special mention. We had a lovely time enjoying the misty mountain sunset views.
