Sterling Nanital is around 7km from Nanital on the road to Bhowali
Being peak season caught in traffic jam and mislead by google map in the name of shorter route it took us ten hours. In normal course it was a 7hour journey from Delhi
Stayed in the main building which has the hotel block restaurant spa and activities centre on the 2 nd floor
Ms Geetanjali at the reception promptly checked us in and gave us a good room on the 3rd floor which is the floor you enter the resort from one has to go down for the 2 nd 1st and ground floor one can use the lift
Rooms have balcony facing the valley and the mountains The rooms are of good size well equipped bathrooms are also of good size hot and cold water is available on the sink and shower rooms have fans air conditioner is used only in winters for heating The rooms will soon be renovated the resort will be closed for renovation between 15 th July to 15 th October 2023

My wife used the spa and found Ms Ano very nice
Deepak in activity centre was a great entertainer activity centre has pool table air hockey table tennis carrom chess ludo to keep guest occupied
A taxi stand run by one Mr Deepak is nearby reception has his number used his cabs twice for visit to Nanital he charged ₹600 for drop
