We were a group of 6 – two couples with one kid each and booked room 24 & 24A. We checked in on 29th May 2022 and checked out on the next day. The rooms were above our expectation, it was kind of a family suite which has two big bedrooms with attached bath, a big enough nicely decorated hall with attached balcony with unmatched view of the valley and the race course.
Restaurant was excellent – we met the two chefs – Mr Sajal & Mr Chinmay during the dinner buffet and their friendly nature and warm hospitality made our stay a memorable one. Both of them were so courteous and caring – they checked our preference and arranged for a special non spicy chicken dish for our two kids who loved the food. Their guidance on the food offered was very helpful too.
The property is maintained extremely well and health-hygiene factor was uncompromised. They took care of every small details and service were readily available whenever asked.
We had a great holiday and definitely recommend this property to those who are planning their trip to Ooty.
