I with family stayed here from 25th Dec to 31st Dec (check out) it was an amazing experience staying here. We really enjoyed the stay.
When we first got the room was corner room and not good one but after talking to our holiday manager Mr Atul he did all possible attempts and got us good city view room. Yes that time I don’t know who was at reception but the voice was so arrogant. That’s fine. Nothing to do with it now. We had gala time.
Coming to the Room…. Yes was well maintained, comfortable with excellent views of Ooty town. The property is on a hill and offers excellent views of the Ooty city. You can spend a lot of time just enjoying the view… can do photo shoot…. Yes we did it 🥰 There are a lot of places to enjoy this view, from your room to lobby to open terraces…..!
There are few nearby places that you can visit by walking around if you are fond of tracking kind of hobby… such as Murgan Swami Temple, Rose garden, city market place.
The food was very good and we really enjoyed it.
Best thing is the staff, they are very helpful and professional. Actually I forget the names of staff now but have photo clicked with them so guys you rock….! They make you feel very comfortable. The 👨🍳 chef…. Mr Sher SinghJi “ Tussi Great Ho Ji” my kids still remember you and your all buddies. You keep a personal touch to everything and ensures that each of the guest feels at home. Dal khichi along with your secret recipe Karela Achar and Shigadi Biryani was awesome and will suggest visitors to try it.
Thanks to all…. the manager, the chef and the staff on duty. You all made our experience a memorable. Will never forget your hospitality and awesome food.
