House keeping service was excellent. Regularly checked by Ms. Shyamoli. She was very humble and decent. She also took very good care of our house keeping service during our stay at Sterling Ooty Elk Hill.
Reception team including Mr. Mahadev and Ms. Suprava were very helpful and cooperative. The check in and check out process was smooth. They were very prompt and polite. The advice given by Mr. Mahadev about nearby places was exceptional.
