Excellent stay overall. Very attentive and friendly staff – especially Mr. Sher Singh (head chef), Mr. Bhaskara, Mr. Pratesh, Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Akhilesh – helped us on several aspects – including guiding us on places to visit and not to miss in Ooty. Thanks a lot all. My child loved this resort a lot. I take this opportunity to recommend this place to all kinds of visitors.
