Above all kitchen staff they did very great and treated as own family for food services. My family and specially my kids they enjoyed food.
In front staff RISHI,BHANU, SAGAR and other staff who help my family for all services in/out, was lovey approach for us.
Can not forget room service and maintenance as well as GOODS moving staff from front area and indirectly all staff huge thank you very much from my family.
Special thanks to JANVI who approached for asking our trip and future trip and facility from sterling.
NOTE : finally one word mostly other resort are consternated for all services but no one care about family approach towards to customers and that’s one I was so impressed from STERLING STAFF.
We are from Sydney (AUSTRALIA) in overseas they have five start or seven stars hotel or resort but this resort is different service can provide from anyone but family atmosphere only can provide STERLING.
