I had spend the last 4 days in your property at ooty with my family.
I must say that we were surprised with quite a few things.
the reception was warm and cordial, we had a ziffy of a check and by then my bags reached the room. i had requested for a room with a view and it was done with no questions asked.
i just began to realize that this is not the sterling that i knew, its just not the bright colors on the logo but something else has also changed. It was the attitude and hospitality.
My family was very impressed with the well appoint rooms and my kids jumped in joy.
The restaurant has all that you could ask for, we tried different cuisines and i must admit that they were well mastered. My interactions with executive chef ( satish, if i recall name correct) have been interesting
The activities every evening were filled with fun and me had a gala time participating in them.Not to forget the great evening snacks served.
