Good property – not far – but still away from the crowd …..on a hill with a good city view and view of the tea estates and race course
Good food – Satya the chef was very helpful and he ensured we got ot and fresh food as the weather was cold and ranjith at the restaurant was good at service
Anand and Mahadeb at the front desk were helpful and ensured we have a good stay
Shankar the house keeping manager ensured all was ok with the room and service
Hospitality was given importance and all ensured our stay was comfortable and experience amazing
Thank you sterling elk hill team for making the stay good
We took the privilege suite rooms and they were very good
Ensure you take dinner at the hotel or eat early dinner outside if you don’t have your vehicle …as you need to come up by auto.
