One of my best experiences at Sterling Elk Hill Ooty when I stayed with my family here for 4 nights 5 days stay in June 2022. What a resort nothing less than a 5 Star property with breathtaking views from resort on top we were given a beautiful Privilege Suite with balcony which gave us a different perspective about nature. Ambience in room classic with entire feel of property is extraordinary. All the staff was very courteous and excellent in servicing be it housekeeeping, Room servicing, Reception, Recreation, Restaurant. Must say food was excellent with a wide spread buffet in breakfast n meals. Restaurant staff literally girls and boys every one of them was so humble, helpful and customer centric and always paid attention to us all the time. Main Chef was such a Jovial Person always came up to us and in fact all of customers in Restaurant and asked about well-being and personally looked after our needs and demands. He is backed up with another gentleman Chef in his team who has recently joined this property was also very professional and courteous and took care of customers. Last but not least …. General Manager Mr Pratesh Patil, gem of a person he is. He is so down to earth and was so much available for any of our queries, help, advise we needed anytime . His attention to client’s details and servicing requirements is so much personal and prompt. Thank you so much Mr Pratesh Sir for lovely gestures in treating us so well and made our stay memorable and special.
