This hotel is a good place to stay. Room, although good, was much smaller than shown in photos at time of booking which was a disappointment. Staff is courteous and efficient. Food is amazing and not overpriced. Their signature dish Sigari Masala Rice is worth a try. Bar is very good and their locally influenced cocktails like Rasam Martini, mulled wine, Margarita etc. are superb. Spa though surprisingly small for a property of this size, is manned by exceptionally good staff and is a definite plus point. Gym is a waste and is there only for name sake. The location, though scenic, doesn’t have any scope for walks. Access to property is a challenge and directions are poor. All in all, a good experience. Worth a repeat visit.
