Helpful and courteous staff. Always ready to help. The view from the room was very nice. The lobby view of the Ooty town is completely out of this world. They have a nice model train which adds another interesting layer to the decor(especially for engineers).
Special mention to Bijeta who was extra helpful and ensured that we had a pleasant stay.
