OVERALL REVIEW:
We have been staying here for 3 nights and 4 days starting Friday. We arrived earlier than expected. We were about to reach at 8 but reached @6 in the morning. We had got a temporary privileged room on arrival. Later the actual room(privileged room) was allocated to us at 12 during actual checkin. The receptionist, special thanks to Srijana who was much helpful during checkin till check out.
If you are planning for a clam location just for chill and enjoy. Opt this resort.
LOCATION AND VIEW:
The view from room. You will be able to have a look over the Ooty city which would be cool. We were been allocated a room at Block A but we liked the view from block B room.
RESTAURANT:
We opted for Buffet for all 4 days of stay.
Coming to Food. The taste and presentation was really good when compared to other hotels. But only issue which we felt is the varieties aren’t much there. We stayed at kodai sterling there they offered much more varieties of food. If Sterling Elk resort could add more and more varieties for dinner and breakfast it would be much better.
Dhanush, the person who is at restaurant served us whatever we needed.
TRAVEL DESK:
Opted for a single day travel package to Ooty and pykara. Ashwin was the one who took us. He had vast knowledge about to surrounding so we didn’t have much difficulty in exploring places.
