About Property:
Located in a calm and serene area…
Easily accessible from OOTY main bus stand and lake,Very calm location and it will be close to home stay…
Lot of fun and play areas available for kids…
About Hospitality:
We were welcomed polite and respectfully by the reception staffs and they guided us in a proper way…
All our things were carefully unloaded by the team in our allotted rooms…
About food and Chef:
Regarding our dining and its experience i cant say in words ,because its almost like a tailor made experience offered by the F&B team…
Especially by JP who took extra efforts in meeting our expectations…
And i’ going to unveil about the SUPERMAN of the F&B team who runs the show like a magician ,yes of course he does magic in making foods and serving the guests…
He is the chief CHEF Mr.Sajal…
He was like interacting with each and every guests and fulfilling their needs in restaurant.
Very lovable and friendly person he became a part of our trip in that days of stay…
If i plan to go again to ooty i will definitely choose ELK HILL STERLING property mainly for the CHef’s hospitality and dining experience…
Food quality and taste was awesome…
