Had fabulous experience of staying at Sterling Elk Hill Ooty with family. Great location of the property very well kept and managed. The cleanliness of rooms and the warm and friendly nature of entire staff made the trip memorable. Our room was Valley view in C block, which is closer to the restaurant and reception area and also provides great view. Special callout to Mahadeb, Porismitha, Supriya, Avijit and Ashil from the staff for the extra care, welcoming attitude and amazing service. Weather was also perfect at this time with no rains but cold enough to enjoy Ooty. Would love to visit again!
