I had a wonderful stay at Sterling Ooty Elk Hill. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms were kept extremely clean and comfortable throughout my stay, which made a big difference in my overall experience.
I would like to especially appreciate the housekeeping staff – Sharif Uddin and Farhan Ahmad. They did an excellent job in keeping the room spotless every day, paying attention to even the smallest details. Their hard work, dedication, and polite behavior truly stood out and made me feel very well taken care of.
The overall service at the hotel was warm and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ooty. A special thanks again to Sharif Uddin and Farhan Ahmad for their outstanding housekeeping service.
