Well located atop a hill with amazing views from our room on 1st floor. Close to most city attractions & market etc (5-15 min drive). It has several facilities for kids like a garden & swings etc., kids entertainment and games area. Observatory and open seating on terraces. Decent and clean rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great attention & response to feedback. Especially Rajesh N at front desk and also the GM of the hotel. Sujeeta at front desk was also helpful and friendly. Food is decent. Spa is good while it requires minor attention, which I brought to their notice. F&B are well priced.
It’s not a top notch luxury hotel like a Taj/Oberoi but I would gladly trade those and stay here again for this town.
Overall a good experience. Would repeat whenever we visit the town again.
