We stayed between 26/1-31/1. Wonderful place to stay. Front desk staff Srijana, Shubham, Banu, Alwin were very cooperative and helpful. Juna, Pragya, Nithin, Siva at the restaurant were all smiles. Shankar housekeeping too was helpful. Pratesh Patil was cordial and helpful in booking my tickets for the toy train. The breakfast and dinner menu was awesome
