I am the member of sterling for more than 25 years and have visited many places with my family and friends. This time it was Ooty. The staff were very courteous and friendly during this time we met Manish. He looks after the housekeeping and services. We were very Happy the way he served us and made our life comfortable. I really made my mother (92 ) years and aunt (82 years old) very comfortable. He was very polite and friendly. I hope and wish him good luck and all the best in life.
