Made our birthday celebration memorable, Special. food menu & quality is excellent, bar & in room dining service prompt, housekeeping staff Bablu has been dedicated in night shift & Arvind in the day shift; efficient, timely & very caring. Travel desk Franklyn was very helpful in guiding for local sightseeing, travel desk arrangement & also suggesting to our Tatste & customisation in itinerary. We are a group of 6 , 2 retired couples & 2 working professional- traveling from Pune, Mumbai & Surat respectively. For all ages, the resort is a Perfect Nilgiri Mountain Vacation peace, tranquility & scenic abode.
