We visited Ooty Fern Hill resort for 4 nights in December and our stay was absolutely brilliant. The property is huge and maintained very beautifully with lots of plants and flowers in each corner. The resort has ample space for a nice walk or just to sit and enjoy the views. The staff is very hospitable, warm, courteous and helpful.
The room was big with a huge balcony offering scenic views. The food was decent and the vegetarian dessert spread could be improved. The holiday activities center has lots of indoor and outdoor games, making it a fun stay. The spa is highly recommended!!
