It was our first time to Ooty and maybe it’s the beginning of many more trips ahead.. hopefully! My wife found out about the hotel and spoke with the GM of the hotel for reservations.
The experience from the moment we reached to our departure was exemplary!! Kudos to the unit head who could inculcate true warmth and compassion in his team!! The warmth of the staff is real, it’s not merely hospitality skills.. everyone out there is so receptive to your needs, even ready to go out of their ways to fulfil whatever we wished to.
Special mention to Aftab, he was there every time we looked for something. Staff at the restaurant being there to fetch you what you want.
Guys you are no less than the marquee names of the hospitality industry when it comes to the real hospitality which is the warmth you reflect.
Keep up the good jobs guys, see you very soon.. maybe middle of the next month…
