Our visit to Sterling Fern Hill, Ooty during the Pongal Holidays turned out to be a fantastic & existing experience.
Right from the bell boys, reception staff, dining hall staff & the games assistant all were very polite, helpful, neat & tidy and following the precautions in view of the pandemic.
As usual the breakfast, lunch and dinner spread bears the Sterling quality.
My only suggestion to the menu is please don’t serve dam fish instead always serve sea fish. The children and elders were found struggling to remove the fish bones.
Congratulations to the entire team at Sterling Fern Hill, Ooty. Love to be back to Sterling.
