Dear Management ,
We had our stay in 1805 .Fernhill Ooty from 20 th May to 26 th May . I have to mention front office manager MrRitish was customer friendly and provided great service even when there were too many people checking in. He was patient and met our needs .Mr Prem Assistant manager handled all the situation s so well and professional. He was able to solve our basic demands and made our stay extra special by giving personal attention .
House keeping team headed by Mr Aftab is doing great and clean .He took extra care in getting ours and every room getting cleaned well. Handled by two ladies Anita and Shanthi . Every day the room was cleaned well even when all the rooms where running full they were able to maintain the cleanliness .
The entire team is an asset to the management .
