We enjoyed our stay at this place. Good property, trained staff, good food and their hotel shop is also very good. We had initial struggle with the allocated room but the staff was very helpful and they understood and resolved the issue quickly. Lady named ‘Diwani’ at the reception was an excellent professional who helped us settle down faster and was pro-active in ensuring our comfortable stay throughout. Alice from the restaurant is also a very skilled professional. Good play zone & activities for kids, games, activities, satisfactory inhouse shopping for elders, good food, good location, all in all a good stay.
