It was a wonderful experience staying in Sterling fern hill ooty. I would like to thank gowtham who coordinated with us until we reach the stay. Akhila in reception was very helpful and guided us about the hotel n stay in detail, this ensured us we dint waste much of tym in checkin and all the formalities was done very quickly. Padmanaban from housekeeping was very friendly over all staff in hotel are amazing. Talking about the food we had varieties of dishes for both dinner and breakfast it was very tasty.
