Recently we stayed at Sterling Fernhill from 7 th March to 10 thMarch .The front office was efficiently handled by Mrs.Shefali with a smiling face, though we checked in late she politely escorted us to our rooms, conceding to our request put us adjacent together.
The rooms were very clean. During
early morning checkout she was there to clear our bill quickly. Surprised to see her commitment. Sterling is blessed to have such a loyal employee.
The restaurant manager Yogesh swiftly fixed our meal plan and made us to eat at Sterling during our entire stay.
Yogesh was very dynamic and fulfilled our needs to the fullest satisfaction.
His energy level was something amazing anytime you call he responds positively. I observed that Mr Yogesh made sure everyone who is checking in at Fernhill will have his meal plan accepted.
Great asset to Sterling.
