We stayed at sterling fernhhill Ooty the location of the resort was good nice ambience well maintained resort all the staffs are very friendly specially the Restaurant Mr.Yogesh the Manager was so helpful he suggested nice food packages to us and the staffs Mr.Loganathan,Radha,Pankaj,Bharat were very helpful always serving with smile faces as well as In Room Dining services was quick on time thanks to Mr.Suresh food was delicious thanks to Chef Mr.Somnath and team specially chef Jeet takking care very well thanks to everyone we strongly recommend this Resort
