We were 55 family members who had come together for the 50th Anniversary celebrations of my parents. We had a diverse group – senior citizens, kindergarten kids, teenagers and couples. We stayed for 3 nights.
Accommodation – The hotel management was very generous and considered our request for upgrades based on availability. There were flexible in room allocation to address the mobility needs of elders. Even though this was a large group the room allocations done were such that we were all together. Considering the hotel was running at full occupancy, it made us feel even more special. This was a big WOW for all family members.
Scenic Beauty – The hotel is located on a hillock and overlooks the valley. The landscaping of the whole area has been done with trees and plants which have different hues of green and flower beds which were in full bloom. In pictures one can mistake it for a flower park. Full kudos to the horticulture team.
Activities – The hotel complex is by itself quite sufficient. Adventure activities like Bonfire in the night with foods and drinks; Parlor games – Video games, Ice hockey, table tennis; Paint ball shooting, archery, etc ensured that there were sufficient options to keep everyone entertained.
Hotel Rooms – Were well equipped and spacious – The 2BR and 1BR were quite spacious and are ideal for couples with kids. At times there was a need for fans to be provided in all rooms especially in the night for better air circulation. The hotel provided pedestal fans on request. The electric points in rooms required attention which was promptly attended to by the staff.
Foods & Drinks – The breakfast is awesome with a huge range of choices. This is something not to be missed. The Chef was kind enough to do customization to the meals to appeal to our North Indian palette. The bartender Vishvendra did an amazing job in mixers both for cocktails and mocktails.
Overall an amazing experience. All the 55 members have rated the experience a resounding 5 out 5.
