Our stay here for 3 days got us so hooked that we felt it hard to leave. This place has a serene ambience that is rejuvenating. The most impressive aspect was the courtesy of the staff, especially those in the house keeping, who went all the way out to ensure that our stay was made memorable. Our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Johnson who heads the house keeping and also to Ms Shanti and Ms Mary. The General Manager of this property Mr. Sumesh and Mr. Ajith at the front desk played the role of perfect hosts to make us comfortable throughout our stay.
If Ooty is the Queen of Hills, Sterling Fern Hill is undoubtedly the diamond in her crown.
There are two approach roads to this property, one of which can be too daunting, especially at night. Suggest that you take the guidance of the front desk before you drive in.
