Outstanding Property

Restaurant manager Mr. Chandra Shekhar n team includes Ms. Lily, Ms. Jaymoti and Ms. Phamman are outstanding in their hospitality.

Specifically, Ms. LILY n CHANDRA SHEKHAR SIR was so caring.
They were so prompt n giving on and on attention to everyone.

Otherwise RESORT MANAGER MR. SUJITH MISHRA was hopeless in management.

Check in was terrible and completely wastage of three hours’ time n energy with parents after ten hours road journey.
No welcome drink on arrival even didn’t ask for single glass of water.

Even after having available rooms, they have given poor room. We had our booking confirmed one month prior and we are premium Sterling Member even though treated badly in providing proper room.

They denied providing good room but after intervening by sterling higher authorities with the help of Mr. JASKARAN SHARMA, problem partly solved but still no rooms service managed by resort manager till three hours.

MR. JASKARAN SHARMA IS THE GEM OF THE PERSON IN STERLING WHO IS READY TO SOLVE ALL THE ISSUES 24*7.
ONLY BECAUSE OF HIM WE GOT TO GET THE PROPER ROOM. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH MR. JASKARAN.

Please look after such must not repeated in future being sterling premium member not to feel regret to be so as paid huge membership amount and to provide best availabilities.
