Once we arrived at the property we were given a premier room that does not have a good view or balcony. We reached out to Mr Praveen, staff at reception to help us out with a better room. Praveen was courteous and very helpful in addressing our expectation of a nice room in a couple of hours and got us a room that is a size bigger, has a balcony and a beautiful view. A special thanks to him for making our trip such a memorable experience.
The property is big enough to laze around with beautiful view and decent indoor activity for kids. The housekeeping staff were quick to respond.
The breakfast and dinner buffet food was tasty and Mr Chandra Shekar helped us our way around the restaurant. However, the service in the restaurant needs improvement and they seemed to be pre-occupied most of the time. The dessert section was the weakest in the buffet.
Overall the stay was pleasant and memorable due to a nice room, beautiful property & tasty food.
