I had a pleasant stay at Ooty Fern Hill from May – 18 – 2022 to May – 21 – 2022. I like to call out the entire Sterling team that did a tremendous job in taking care of us in these 3 days. They provided fantastic support in our stay starting from reception till dining.
However, I like to call out 3 specific people from restaurants who did their best to keep us warm and happy.
1. Chef – Somnath – Very friendly and helped in all way for my kid chosen dishes. She is very choosy and he, his team helped me well. He gave my daughter a special Chocolate Truffle which is unforgettable
2. Suresh Kumar – Very supportive and friendly staff. Helped us in many ways especially when they had Mushroom soup for dinner which we will not take. He immediately gave me alternative options and arranged Hot & Sour as I requested. Another instance in getting us Spring Roll, Lemon Rice, Biriyani and what else???? Finally while leaving he ran to the kitchen and got some cookies, cakes and fruits to my daughter which shows the care taken by him
3. Pankaj Kumar – Arranged everything for us in dining. Helped in all means which cannot be written single line. Another instance in getting us Spring Roll, Lemon Rice, Biriyani and what else???? Starting from Dosa given at night time for dinner till superb Aloo paratha in the breakfast
This stay was memorable with all good hospitality, care and love. Its heart touching while leaving from the resort as if we were leaving from our home.
Looking forward to another visit and stay with this team.
