I am 1st time coming for ooty Sterling fren hill resort. stay was amazing, food is very nice.
Housekeeping service is very good especially thanks Mr.subata , he very polite .and front office staff are very corporative and helpfully especially ms, jaya .she is very kind. our family some problem she arranges the cab in hospital thanks to again Jaya.
