The best thing about the property:
1. Location
2. Courteous staff
3. Service.
Special mention to the following people:
1. Vasudev,Krishna and Dheeraj from the security team
2. Sagadevan one of the oldest member who was there to help us with the luggage
3. Ritish, Karanveer and Jaya at the reception
4. Chanda Shekhar, Lily, Anup, Jaidev and Sagar(chef) at the restaurant
5. Sharan, Nyaki, Ujwal and Faizal at the discovery center.
Things to improve:
1. Room allocation: I think most of the customers were surprised with the room photos showed online(with wonderful view from the window) versus what they got on arrival which did not have a view from the window. While the rooms allocated to us were good, people expected the rooms have a good view from the window. My suggestion would be that we should update the photo of rooms so that customers are not surprised if they do not get rooms which have a wonderful view from the window.
