Thanks for giving me an opportunity to stay at my most favourite Sterling Resort at Fern Hill.
Every time I visit this property, I get to see a change & there is consistent improvement. An aesthetically laid out resort in serene surroundings is well managed & is beyond compare.
Landscaping & gardening under the control of EHK Alam is superb & creates the first impression which is lasting. He carries his team well. Good to see some of his old sincere staff keeping the area Spick & span.
Check-in process with welcome drink under the supervision of Ritish , a Front office associate is indeed smooth & laudable. His dedication & diligence is a treat to watch. He goes an extra mile to satisfy the needs of every guest. Impressed to see him doing long hours of work.
Multi-cuisine delicacies, planned & prepared by Chef Som Nath & Jeet Kapur caters for all taste-buds & can beat the best anywhere. Jeet?s with his humility wins hearts & maintains cool, calm & composed behaviour.
F & B service standards are way too high under the control of Mr. Sethi. Mr. Yogesh Mehta executes the operation brilliantly & is a man of crisis. He functions superbly under inevitable challenges. He is an asset & a pillar of strength for the organisation.
Last but not the least, Doss, CE ensures the technical back up updated & attends to all complaints with speedy resolutions.
Overall an excellent property which has a very few parallels.
