We stayed in sterling Ooty fernhill, stay was very pleasant, hospitality of sterling Ooty fernhill staff were excellent. We 2 family went for the vacation for 4 nights, managing food for 2 kids who are under 3 is bit tuff one, but here in sterling we didnt had any trouble, chefs and managers were so kind to provide us with whatever the requirements we asked for kids food menu, and main thing is they don’t charge for kids menu..which is very rare to be seen with this kind of big hotels..Even for the adults food costs are not high, they gave us good discount. Foods are very tasty, healthy and doesn’t do anything to our health. Holiday activity is the main thing we even got our sterling membership in the first place.kids enjoyed like anything and we hardly went out for sightseeing. Kids were more happy and contented in the holiday activities. There are plenty of activities for kids and even for adults like carrom, chess, air hockey,cricket,table tennis, tennis, adventure activities..All 4 days are not enough for doing all activities..those itself occupied most of the time.. Holidays are meant for relaxing and this holiday with sterling does that purpose..Room services are excellent, they even provided us with some arrangements in bed so that kid doesn’t fell down from the bed..Rooms are very clean and housekeeping person came even at 11pm for help and helped us with bed arrangement and with extra bedsheets without any extra charges. All these activities and facilities are not just for members ,but for everyone..I prefer holidays with sterling as it satisfies mainly kids need, managing a toddler is a big task,that’s the main reason for holiday and here it is very easy.
