sterling is super pretty with amazing service ,however I am writing this review as a forgot my bag with laptop phone etc in the hotel lobby and they couriered me within a week with super care ,I was constantly in touch with Sudhanshu ji who was himself taking care of the bag and also keeping us updated so we don’t panic.
I am really grateful to the whole sterling team for getting my bag back
And Ooty sterling is too awesome with its special morning tea! Would love to visit again.
