It was a wonderful experience staying in Sterling Ooty Fern Hill. Warm and sweet welcome by Akhila in the reception. She made the check in process very smooth and easy. She helped us with all the details of the property. It was so welcoming.
Room cleanliness was good. Room was spacious enough. There was a nice balcony attached with the room that I liked. Thanks again to Akhila for that. Food was good in the restaurant. Room service and house keeping was on time.
Indoor games – pool table needs some work really and badminton option would have been great.
Wifi speed – Needs a lot of improvement. It is almost useless. You will be fine as long as you are with your mobile internet.
Overall, it was really a good stay and i would definately suggest to others.
