We enjoyed in sterling Ooty fern hill. Great hospitality and ambience in the resort. All staffs are very friendly and hospitable with lot of smiles. Front office staff are very courteous and friendly approach ,felt like a home. Housekeeping doing great job for maintaining the resort very well. Food is very tasty and happy with the spread. Special thanks to Anitha & Aftab for a wonderful hospitality given to us.
