We had a very wonderful stay @ sterling ooty fern hill this time. This is my 2nd visit in sterling Ooty fern hill, unfortunately first visit was so terrible . Again planning holiday in Ooty I was totally confused need to come in fern hill or not because I love the property and last experience was so bad. Just a trial i called to resort and enquired about the details…a lady name Called Anitha picked up the phone and given entire details to me and the call was so welcoming …..so I decided to book in fern hill . I didn’t mentioned about my earlier stay. Two days prior to arrival I got a pre arrival call this time to reconfirm the booking. I am so happy that time.
Check in experience was so nice got a warm welcome….felt very good .Check in time Anitha met us and interacted with my family .This time I saw lot of smiling faces with good hospitality hearts. Thank you Anitha and her team for a wonderful stay and memories.
