I recently stayed at Sterling Palm Bliss in Rishikesh and it turned out to be one of the warmest, most comforting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property itself feels calm and welcoming from the moment you walk in — neat corridors, a soft aroma of fresh linen, and a staff that smiles at you like they actually care.
My room was spotless and beautifully arranged, not just “clean” but truly cared for. A special mention goes to Mr. Sandeep Barthwal from the housekeeping department. He kept everything immaculate, but more than that, he treated me like a guest, not just a room number. When I told him I didn’t know much about Rishikesh, he patiently guided me about Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula and some wonderful little cafés I’d have completely missed otherwise. On a day when I wasn’t feeling well, he even helped me get basic medicines and checked if I was okay.
It’s rare to come across staff who combine professionalism with such genuine kindness. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, my stay at Sterling Palm Bliss felt more like visiting a friend’s place than a hotel. If you’re planning a trip to Rishikesh and want a stay where you’re truly looked after, I can’t recommend this place enough — and do say hello to Mr. Sandeep Barthwal; he’s the heart of their hospitality.
